Please note that here at Wallpaper Brokers we do our best to get your purchases to you as fast as possible, we use Australia Post and Fast Way for our Deliveries.
We make every effort to send out orders within 2-3 working days of all orders being finalised.
Please note this glossary of terms for the varying availability descriptions on the items are purely a guide as to when you can expect your purchase. Please contact us if you require a more specific ETA.
In Stock: We have the items in stock in our store and they will be sent within 2-3 days of order being paid for.
Pre Order: This Product is indent and will be ordered through our suppliers from overseas and generally we expect deilvery in 2-3 weeks.
Wallpaper Brokers will contact you with estimated delivery times as quoted by our suppliers and will endeavour to notify customer of any changes as soon as we get any notification.
These delivery times are estimates and Wallpaper Brokers cannot be held responsible for any delays by our suppliers.
Out of Stock: These items are still available but are currently out of stock with Wallpaper Brokers, Wholesalers & Manufacturers World Wide and are waiting to be reproduced. These times will vary with respective products and please contact us us for further information & guidance.
Items Purchased from Our Stock Holding may be returned within 14 Days of Purchase for exchange only. If in the event you wish to return an item after this period, special consideration May be granted upon application to us. However Please note a re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to any successful applications.
Please note if you have had the product for over 6 Months we have a very strict no return policy. All goods must be unopened and in new condition. We are not responsible for the freight costs of returning goods or forwarding of exchanged goods.
We use Australia Post and Fast Way for most of our orders. If Items are in stock in our show room, items will be sent within 3 days. If orders have to come from overseas, delivery times are estimated at time of ordering and confirmed after order is placed. If goods are required urgently, please contact us directly over the phone to arrange another delivery method. All Delivery times given are approximate and are subject to change. We make every effort to supply goods within specified delivery times and notify customers of any changes as soon as possible.
There are no Cancellations or Returns on Indent Orders with the exception of faulty goods (where proven by supplier). All Rolls must be inspected for faults or discrepancies before hanging. If a fault is suspected, cease installation until you have contacted us to discuss any issue with our staff. All advice is given in good faith. We do not accept any claims of liability due to loss that may be incurred. We do not pay any labor claims for hanging wallpaper. All products are sold with the understanding that Wallpaper Brokers do not manufacture goods and act only as agents, and all goods are supplied subject to this agreement.
In the event an item is deemed faulty (by the wholesalers / suppliers), you will be offered a replacement or exchange or if we are unable to replace your product a refund will be granted as arranged with Wallpaper Brokers.
